How we use and disclose PHI is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is available at our front desk and on our website. If this Privacy Policy and our Notice of Privacy Practices conflict regarding PHI, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls.

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising tools
The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and understand which pages and campaigns are effective. 7. Online booking, ordering, and payments
Appointments and certain wellness products may be booked or ordered through the Site or third-party platforms linked from it. Some products, including prescription medications such as peptides, GLP-1 therapies, and hormone therapies, require a consultation and provider approval before they can be dispensed.
8. Data security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) on the Site, access controls, and secure, HIPAA-compliant systems for medical records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive health information through unsecured channels such as social media direct messages or website comment fields.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or longer where required by law. Medical records are retained for at least the period required by Florida law. If we experience a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by the Florida Information Protection Act and, where applicable, HIPAA.
